It's not just for tire changing but also for balancing. When changing the tire, the wheel can be bolted to the adapter, ensuring it is clean and stable on the 20mm shaft of the tire mounting device.
After the tire has been changed, the wheel needs to be balanced. The axle adapter fits with the max2h balancing stand. Just like when changing the tire, the wheel is bolted to the adapter and then fixed on the balancing shaft for static balancing.
