Before buying, the axle diameter should be measured. A 20 mm axle is included in the scope of delivery. For axles thinner than 20 mm, the following axle adapters are required:

Question: How often should motorcycle tires be changed? When is a motorcycle tire too old? How much tread depth should a motorcycle tire have?
Answer: This question is quite complex, but here's a quick overview of when it's urgently necessary to change a tire:
- When your tire is damaged (puncture, nail, etc.).
- When the legal tread depth of 1.6 mm is reached.
- When the tire is too old - it's difficult to specify when a tire is too old because it depends on various factors: how often the tire is used, weather conditions, storage conditions, speeds the tire is subjected to, etc. Our advice: Regularly check your tire for signs of wear and aging. These include deformations and cracks.
- Whenever your tire looks "odd" and shows unusual signs of wear. Uneven wear, cracks, etc. It's better to err on the side of caution. It's also worth checking where this behavior comes from. Common reasons include: improper balancing, mechanical problems in the gearbox, shock absorbers, or similar.
Answer: It's difficult to give a general answer to this question. Many workshops differentiate whether you bring the tire yourself or buy it there. Roughly speaking, you should expect to pay around 30-50 € per tire. If you do the math, you'll quickly realize that a tire mounting machine is worth the investment.
Question: How do I remove the tire from the rim?

- Mount the tire onto the shaft and place it in the tire mounting machine.
- Deflate the tire.
- Use the tire dismounting arm to push the tire off the rim - this requires some force. If you're concerned about scratching the rim, you can use our convenient rim protector.
- Perform this procedure at four positions to ensure the tire is off the rim everywhere.
- Apply plenty of mounting paste.
